Sometimes you just want to ask:

Bring your questions to Feedback Lab. I’ll help you choose a direction using your content, brand and what the piece needs to do.

GETTING STARTED

1. Purchase Feedback Lab. Your Home Base opens immediately with all instructions.
2. Set up your free Voxer account.
3. Send me your intake form within 14 days of purchase. Allow 15–20 minutes. No right or wrong answers; it gives me context for your work.
4. After reviewing it, I’ll offer my next two available start dates, held for 24 hours. Please reply within that time.

YOUR FEEDBACK WEEK

Your week starts at 6 am on your agreed start date and ends at 6 am seven days later, in your time zone. I recommend submitting first within 24 hours to leave time to use my feedback. You can send either submission any time before your week ends.

IN VOXER

Send two focused submissions for one or two projects. Voxer is private, and we don’t need to be online together. You’ll receive my feedback within 24 hours of each submission.

Unused submissions don’t carry over or extend your confirmed week.

SUITABLE PROJECTS

Bring your own real work and a focused question. Feedback Lab is great for:

• Existing Canva templates you’re adapting
• Photography choices, cropping and image placement

WHAT TO SEND

Send your Canva link, one focused issue and relevant context. Nominate up to three related pages, slides, graphics, photographs or elements for detailed feedback. You can share a larger file for context; tell me where to focus.

You can include screenshots and up to five minutes of recorded material in total, whether Voxer voice messages or a screen recording, to support your written details.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

I’ll explain what I’m seeing and what to do next. I may reply with text, voice, an annotated screenshot, a screen recording or a separate Canva copy. Recorded responses will be up to five minutes. You can ask a brief clarifying question while your week is open.

FEEDBACK YOU CAN ACT ON

You make the changes to your own design. Feedback Lab doesn’t include done-for-you editing, unlimited reviews or ongoing Voxer support.
